You can create an account by clicking the 'Sign Up' button on our homepage. Fill out the required details, and you'll be ready to start using Urbanbee Australia to post jobs or offer your services.

2. How do I post a job?

After logging in, navigate to the 'Post a Job' section. Enter the details of the task you need completed, set your budget, and skilled workers (our "bees") will send you quotes.

3. How do I receive quotes for a job?

Once you post a job, local skilled workers will review your request and provide quotes. You can review the quotes and select the worker that best suits your needs.

4. How are payments handled?

At the moment, Urbanbee Australia doesn't handle payments directly. You can arrange payments with your chosen worker through a secure method that suits both parties. We are working on integrating secure payment options in the future.

5. What if there's an issue with the service I received?

If you encounter any issues with a service, please contact our support team at support@urbanbee.com. We'll help you resolve the matter and ensure you're satisfied with the outcome.

6. How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please visit your account settings or contact our support team directly. Note that deleting your account will remove all your data, including job history and reviews.
